On October 12, 2024, Dalton Assembly 1645 hosted a Rosary at the Knights of Columbus building in Carbonear, , praying in faith and hope for ourselves, our families, and our Canadian society.

On Mother's Day 2024 Monsignor Mccarthy Council # 5902 Knights of Columbus carbonear held its annual Hot Turkey Dinner for all moms in the area for Mother’s day all moms who attended was treated to a Hot Turkey Dinner and a carnation . Vivat Jesus!
. Mrs Theresa Butt of Carbonear was on hand as well she is one of the Oldest widows of or Council at a young age of 96 .

St. Patrick's Church in Brigus has been without a furnace during the winter, and has been fundraising to purchase a new steam boiler system.
Earlier this month, on May 5 Avalon Council 2223 (Grand Knight Rusty Noseworthy) made a donation of $5,000 to help with the cost.
The cheque was presented by Past Grand Knight, Ray Hickey to St. Patrick's Parish Finance Chair Brian Ryan, and Father Al Credo, Parish Priest.

Members of Ville Marie Council 10599 Marystown collected 1260 pounds of food and $1055 from residents who came out to watch the Marystown Kinsmen Santa Claus parade on Saturday, December 2. Accepting donations is Nora Gaulton, chair of The Helping Hands Food Bank
The Thanksgiving Food Drive hosted by Helping Hands Family Aid Inc and KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, Ville Marie Council #10599 resulted in 1300 lbs of food being collected for the food bank. Additionally some individuals made monetary donations to Helping Hands Family Aid Inc.

It was for a mini split for Bob . Bob was diagnosed with cancer a while ago Bobs main Source of heat was wood due to his illness he is not able to provide wood . So now he can have the comfort of a mini split . Thanks once again everyone for you support . Just a little over $5000 was raised not counting his personal donations.
Our Lady of Perpetual Fourth Degree Assembly in Stephenville braved the wind and the cold to officially raise the Canadian Flag on National Flag Day, February 15 2024.
Dalton Assembly 1645 in Harbour Grace commemorated Canadian Flag Day (February 15) with Mass at St. Joseph's Church, Father Emmanuel as celebrant. Faithful Navigator Eugene Hurley read a Flag Day Proclamation before Mass. The Fourth Degree Color Corp provided the Honor Guard, Flags were distributed, the congregation sang O Canada, and following Mass, Cake and refreshments were served. Three State Officers, including State Deputy Gary Gallagher were in attendance.

Grace Gerard Butt presented a donation on behalf of Bishop O'Reilly Fourth Degree Assembly #0624 to Father Emmanuel at St. Joseph's Church for St. Anne's Cemetery (Spaniards Bay) Fund in memory of Father John Peddle who passed away last July. On hand for the presentation were one of Father John Peddle's brothers, a niece, and State Deputy Gary Gallagher. Father Peddle spent most of his priestly ministry in the Corner Brook area.Thank you Bishop O'Reilly Assembly (FN Dave Delaney) for your remembrance of one of your special Fourth Degree members.

Started our series of COR faith development gatherings during Lent at The Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral in Corner Brook. Our first gathering was related to praying the new
way of the Rosary and discussions .
There were 16 Brother Knights at our first gathering and another gathering next Saturday, March 2 at 10:00 am. We were very fortunate to have with us:

Father Terry and Father Lainey certainly put together a very successful first gathering with three more gatherings in March.
Monsignor E.J. O'Brien Assembly #1600, Labrador City, held their annual Regional Speak-Off on Monday, February 26, 2024, with 11 students from Menihek High School competing.
